I've just tested and this works great !
I'm using daily builds on a flashed Recorder...
I used to have trouble with fonts but one day (long time I think...) it was
corrected !
When I turn back on the font is the one wich was used before I turn Off (in
your example : big one)
then I "run" the cfg file and they are back small again :)
easy to use but should be easier with a menu...
about the keylock key I like the archos mode (long ON press) but the Rockbox
on is better (key combo)...
I'd like to know if it would be possible to lock the key after a time just
like my phone ;p)
