You want to follow this link:
Inside the zip, you'll find a file ajbrec.ajz
On reboot (turning on the Archos), the Archos will load the first ajbrec.ajz in root it finds; if you do the above that will be the Rockbox software.
To ROLO using the Rockbox software, enter the .rockbox dirctory, scroll to the archos ajbrec.ajz (which you can rename if you want, when you copy it to the Archos, as long as it ends in .ajz), and press "PLAY". This will load the Archos software. To reload the Rockbox software (because the Archos software has no ROLO functionality), you'll have to turn the unit off (hold down "OFF" for 3-5 seconds), and reboot (press "ON").

What you'll be downloading is a copy of the firware. The difference is, the firmware is on the chip and can't be overwritten, or ROLO'd. So you need the soft copy of the Archos software too, if you want to use both Rockbox and Archos versions.
