Sehr geehrter Herr Mösch,
der in den MAS3507 bzw. 3587F verwendete DSP Kern lässt sich von
Kundenseite aus nicht programmieren, wir können Ihnen auch leider
keine Entwicklungstools bereitstellen.
Den angegebenen Link fanden wir sehr interessant, da scheint es ja
richtig eine Entwicklergemeinde zu geben. Würde uns freuen, wenn Sie
uns auf dem laufenden halten.

the DSP kernel used in MAS3507 and 3587 cannot be programmed by
customers, we are sorry that we can't provide any development tools to
you.
We found the denoted link [to "http://bjorn.haxx.se/rockbox/"] very
interesting, it looks like there is a real fan community. We would be
happy if you kept us up-to-date.

They are enthusiastic about the RocBox project but cannot help us... So
we can stop thinking about OggVorbis on Archos Jukeboxes :-(

(PS: I still think that there must be a possibility to program the DSP -
the documentation even denotes some files for other codecs that can be
purchased from Micronas - but they don't tell the customers how to...)
