Hello everybody!

I have traced the LCD communication with a logic analyzer and I'm quite sure
that the LCD controller isn't a Solomon SSD1801 after all. The commands sent
to the LCD don't match the data sheet.

I have attached the trace with a few comments. We should study this and try
to find out which controller is actually used. The initialization clears 3
rows of 13 characters each. That is interesting, since the LCD only shows
2x11 characters.
